Born and raised in New Orleans, Dr. Jorge Contreras is a dedicated and compassionate physician with a deep commitment to improving the health and well-being of his patients. He earned his medical degree from Louisiana State University Medical Center in New Orleans and completed his training at Ochsner Foundation Hospital, where he honed his skills in comprehensive patient care.
Dr. Contreras specializes in primary care and preventative medicine, helping patients maintain optimal health through personalized, evidence-based approaches. His practice also offers a range of services, including aesthetic treatments, IV hydration and supplementation, and hormone replacement therapy, tailored to address the unique needs of each patient.
With a focus on holistic wellness and patient-centered care, Dr. Contreras believes in fostering strong, lasting relationships with his patients, empowering them to take an active role in their health journey. Kristin Breaux Contreras, NP
Kristin is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in internal medicine. She began her medical journey at Archbishop Chapelle High School and pursued her nursing education at Charity School of Nursing. She earned her Nurse Practitioner degree from Loyola University New Orleans, graduating in 2013.
Kristin has extensive experience in both hospital and private practice settings, having worked at Touro Infirmary and East Jefferson General Hospital. She currently practices in a private internal medicine clinic, where she focuses on comprehensive patient care.
Her areas of expertise include hormone pellet replacement therapy, weight loss management, and aesthetics. Dedicated to advancing her practice, Kristin is an active member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and maintains board certification.
